The light was a higher being called Lord Melchizedek, who is the universal logos / overseer of universes, and reminded Carol of the agreement she made before this incarnation to bring Rahanni to our world at this time.

Although the procedure of Rahanni appears similar to Reiki, which was first introduced in the 1910s in Japan (with the most popular version of Reiki developed by Michio Usui in the 1920s), Rahanni is a 5th dimensional healing modality that works on a higher vibration and a deeper level, therefore cutting down the healing time. The difference between Rahanni and other healing modalities is the vibration. Rahanni works on a higher level, therefore healing in a much deeper way.
