Types of data collected
There are three main types of data collected on https://dovlovelight.com :
Essential 'cookies' : to help the website run smoothly on your end. This data is not monitored by any person, and is simply used by your browser to help load the website contents more smoothly. Gathering of cookies is an automated process and receives no personal involvement from Dov LoveLight.
Personal contact details : in order to be able to respond to your messages/emails and schedule sessions, I will need to store your email address or details of another form of contact method preferred by you.
Personal health history : taken during listening or healing sessions, should you wish to continue further treatment with additional sessions. If one session is sufficient for you, then no data will be collected. Any data that is collected will be stored securely on a password-protected computer and the information will only ever be used solely for the purposes of aiding your healing.
Agreeing to data collection
'Cookies' can be agreed to or rejected at first use of https://dovlovelight.com. A pop-up will appear at the bottom of your device's screen from your first access of https://dovlovelight.com and you will be offered the option on the pop-up to either accept or reject cookies. The choice of which option to choose is entirely yours.
Personal contact details will be collected automatically by the emailing software used or contact forms present on https://dovlovelight.com. By contacting Dov LoveLight via email or by using one of the contact forms on https://dovlovelight.com, you automatically accept that your personal contact details will be collected.
Dov LoveLight will ask you during a listening or energy healing session whether you would like your personal health history to be documented. At the time of being offered the option, you may express that you accept or reject. At any time during the listening or energy healing session if you no longer wish for your information to be recorded, you may express that you would no longer like your information to be recorded, and any records made up to that time will be erased and any further recording will cease.
Terminating data
Cookies: at any time should you wish to clear your cookies, this can be completed directly from your browser. You may search for instructions online for how to clear cookies on your particular browser.
